An ISO IP protocol suite for the integrated road transport and traffic mobile environment

We propose a protocol suite for communication amongst mobile and roadside Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems (IVHS). The suite seeks inspiration from ISO/OSI addressing and systems management paradigms, as well as from the Internet UDP, and is partly implemented and thus validated on a Telia Research short-range communication testbed.
